Objective: In type 2 diabetes patients who encounter renal biopsy for unbalanced kidney functions, to measure the frequency NDRD is the main objective of this research. These unbalanced functions of kidney comprised hematuria, proteinuria in the nephrotic and non-nephrotic range and quality increase kidney failure. Methods: This research held at Allied Hospital, Faisalabad from January 2017 to December 2017 (Department of Pathology). This assessment of kidney surgery was done of 73 patients of type 2 diabetes.
